Yes

Pity is the right word for it. I happened to make about my 3rd trip ever to PackPride the day after the championship (hey, I had to do something while I was skipping class!), and I was actually shocked. There weren't all that many wuffpack asshats frothing at the mouth, hating on Carolina. I saw more "they're stealing our Sweet16 thunder!" and admissions that State was "committed to mediocrity," while Carolina is committed to winning. I swear I saw an "at least we get to watch dook next year," thread. That's fukkin' out of this world.
