Memo to Adidas ..." NCSU is the school that has the football coach with man-breasts and pubes on his head. You know, the one that looks like a clown?"

The large shadow cast by UNC has fueled the wuffie anger/inferiority complex for many, many years.
This is merely more proof that UNC is the flagship university of North Carolina.

Still, N.C. State's George Worsley, whose title is listed in the document as vice chancellor for finance and business, North Carolina University, signed his name to a contract in which the errors are not marked. So did athletics director Lee Fowler, head football coach Chuck Amato and an adidas executive.
"I don't read them all, but I am responsible when I sign a contract," said Worsley, a 41-year State employee. "It should be corrected in order to make sure the legal entity is appropriately identified."

Keep dreaming. Flagship of what? History? Modern Drama or art?
All it means is that there are idiots working for Adidas. For one thing, they are just showing that they dont know who UNC is either, you stupid fu.cks. If they did, they would not refer to NC State as UNC.

Guys, hope you realized that adidas is a half FRENCH company (half german). And unc = france = sucks, so I'm really not surprised that a bunch of cheese eating surrender monkeys had unc on the brain.

The French loves UNC cause it studies its art and keeps a fresh supply of fags in the customs waiting line!
Adidias has NO idea who or what UNC is, cant you understand that? You are slamming your own pathetic second tier school., not NC State.

Only b/c BTB needs all those paperclips for football practice.....You know, bend them into a triangle and thump them between another person's fingers for a field goal.....

Yet NC State has a brand new basketball arena, football stadium, Murphy center, baseball, tennis, indoor football, etc........ UNC has crusty shit and nothing to show for it. 5th place in basketball and LAST FUC>KING PLACE IN FOOTBALL
BTW, cock lips, NC State spends more on paper clips in a week than UNC gets from grants and funding all year.
Since college is a place to learn, this is where the money spending/receiving is important. UNC has a shitty school, so they put all their beans into athletics.

I thought his father had a crack problem WITH his mother. Couldn't figure out WHICH crack to hit.
He tried a different one every night of the week.......never hit the same one twice.

This is absolutely meaningless and proves nothing. It was an office mistake if anything. I deal with contracts all the time and they are 99% identical...any notable differences in the standard contract are noted on a cover sheet so the reader sees them. Some uninformed intern goofed on the proofreading, perhaps a UNC grad fulfilling their lifelong dream of living and working in the motherland?

this mistake was not reflective of nc state or unc, obviously, it's just a pathetic attempt by a tarhole to twist a company's mistake to make state look bad.
adidas was stupid here, but the fact that their products; in quality, tradition, and style; put nike to shame makes up for it.

Hey man, like I already noted, would this have happened to UCLA, UNC, USC, Harvard, etc? UNC is a household name. NC is completely unknown to anyone outside of NC.
Trigeminal
Jun 21 2004, 08:34 AM
Well Adidas sure does not know who UNC is. They confused them with NC State.
This is so stupid. How about "Carolina" or "UNC". You go to Charlotte and say "UNC", you are talking about UNC-Charlotte. If you say "Carolina" you could be talking about the Panthers, the real Carolina, USC or the TarHoles.
Just because Adidas is stupid, does not mean anything. And for you to say UNC is a household name, just shows how stupid you are.
Just another example of UNC thinking they are something they are not. Trying to polish a turd. And you dicklips wonder why people hate UNC and their fans.

Trigeminal
Jun 21 2004, 10:28 AM
I just bought some yesterday. I based it on price and looks. It was a close run between Asics and Nike, but the Nike was $20 cheaper. I just could not justifiy spending $108 on tennis shoes that will get dirty and smell.
Now I will spend $130 on Doc Martens. Those things last FOREVER and look new for years if you clean them with that $20 cream they sell. Best wearing shoes I have ever owned. I dont get the freaky ones, just the low cut plain ones that look like dress shoes.

Sir TRIG - did you buy them to run in or just knock around in? I buy Aasics normally as running shoes. Can't remember the last time I bought a pair of Nikes.
Trigeminal
Jun 21 2004, 10:59 AM
Well, since they are "new shoes", they are for "dress" my current shoes will be demoted to running/gym shoes. I was in the apartment gym two weeks ago and got grease from a weight pulley all over the side of my shoes and it would not come off. Hence me buying new shoes. I have to admit, our new place has a better gym than most health clubs. And my God at the hot chicks that come in to use the chick equipment. Not that I look, since I am married.
I bought the Nike just for the price and looks. I dont buy shoes for the sport, I just get a pair for everything. I only get to wear them in the evening and on the weekends because I have to wear long pants and dress shoes to school.
