I mean , it shouldn't even be close , should it? Yet , it is. Mark Randall? He sucked. First rounder. 8 year career averaging 2 ppg. Scott Polard? 11 year career , first rounder. 4ppg. Greg Ostertag? Another first rounder. 4ppg over an 11 year career. Darrin Hancock? 2nd rounder. 3ppg. Eric Chenowith? Did he ever make it to the league? Lester Earl? Kenny Gregory? Undrafted. Never made it to NBA. Nick Collison? First rounder. 7ppg. I could on but ya get the point. LT was drafted by the damn D-League , played his way to the NBA and averaged 4 points ppg this season. Roy has Pierce and ya got to go back aways to get 'im. Who knows? Maybe Zeller and Henson will surprise. Given Roy's history I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Dude. Yes , LT has played a whopping half a season and , yeah , K probably had something to do with his selection. Who knows? Maybe K wants Lance to teach LeBron how to be a champion. Heck if I know. All have multi-year careers ( Doesn't count as any kind of achievement. unx fans have never given credit to ANY Duke players who accomplished the same feat. Goose/gander. ) all were drafted highly and all , to one extent or the other , suck. Not fer nuthin' , Lance ( undrafted! ) shouldn't even be IN the damn league yet he is. And , like his placement on the team , ya can credit K with that too. The Duke coach takes role players in college and puts 'em in the NBA. Roy takes stars and turns 'em into role players...if that. Like I said , maybe Zeller and Henson will break the mold and become exceptions to the rule.

Lance was a Mickey D'er but he was what he was. We all had 4 years to see that. Dollars to doughnuts , you were one of those hole fans scratching yer head an' wonderin' how the fuk the kid was a Mickey D'er to begin with....gangly , uncoordinated , couldn't even catch the damn ball , you name it. Honestly , the thought crossed my mind a time or two also after first seeing him play. That said , don't even try to float some bs notion that K ruined 'im....just the opposite. Under K , he improved every single season and , despite going undrafted , he's in the league. Lance is NOT the example ya wanna use to prove that idiotic post. K getting Lance to the league speaks highly of the coach. Roy? Well , his shet speaks highly too...just not in a particularly "good" way.
