Mason on fire and he only ended up with 10 shot attempts. And people still chide him for not being what we need him to be. Now if he could just grow into a more vocal leader - there were times I wish he grabbed a teammate tonight to get in their face and try to light a fire under their asses. Seth and Andre couldn't buy a shot to save their lives when it mattered. Hell, TT was our best backcourt player tonight.

All the officiating in the world wouldn't have helped Duke tonight. Fukkin' Lehigh was the better team. Lehigh. Patriot League. Better than Duke. Is what it is. I don't often blame K but I do now. Mason was perfect from the field but K let the usual suspects bomb away with impunity. Even Josh freakin' Hairston shot a couple of jumpers. Everybody could see that Duke needed to play inside out except K , I guess. Also , I'm not sure that Curry and Dawkins are even ACC-caliber players. Hairston either. No sense speculating about Gbenijie , he's probably already headed to his new school. Duke needs some players. If Austin goes , it's gonna get ugly next year and it was probably gonna be ugly anyway. Duke now has their Weber State.

ACC officiating is obviously different than what you get in the NCAA. you guys rely on getting the calls, when you dont, you lose, as it appears you have no back up plan.
