Craptastic job as GM of the Bullets? CHECK

Craptastic job as " GM " of the tar katz ? CHECK

Bad influence on Tiger? CHECK

And now.....

What a low life POS. I don't recuse walker from his actions, but it is interesting that patricide sucks at everything in life OTHER than putting a ball in a net.

Guess he must've forgotten those " life lessons " he learned from dean.

Well the good ones at least.

"Tiger Woods became a self-indulgent, sex-crazed narcissist because he hung out with the wrong crowd -- including retired U.S. basketball players Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley, the shamed golfer's longtime former adviser claimed in an explosive interview Wednesday.

"I told him, 'Stay away from that son of a ***** (Jordan), because he doesn't have anything to offer to the ****ing world in which he lives except playing basketball, which he did yesterday," lawyer John Merchant told the latest edition of Vanity Fair magazine. "

I need to call this John Merchant dude and see if he wants to be the csux legal counsel. laugh.gif

Jordan hasn't offered anything to this world except $200 basketball shoes and highlight reels.
I'm sure he offered hope to the city of Chicago, just like another basketball playin' s.o.b. that hails from there.

He donated 2 million to start up his own foundation. The Bulls kicked in 5. (million).

So yes, " technically " he has donated millions to charity. (Which are a tax write-off, but I guess that would be splitting hairs)

Is this the same foundation that MJ closed after investigators found out the administrative costs (read: salaries to family members) were way out of whack?

And most of the money his foundation distributed to charities (I've heard 6 million over 7 years in existence) came from donations by other parties. It's not like MJ wrote a check from his $40 million(?) per year Nike royalties.
He has lent his name to golf tournaments and celebrity softball games...which is all good...but don't paint MJ as some kind of philanthropist.

He doesn't do shit yet he was named ambassador and spokesman for the Make a Wish foundation. He clearly hasn't done shit either as evidenced by his being honored by the Jackie Robinson Foundation.

You're a clown Lee.

He could fekkin donate a billion a month and you would still cry that it wasn't enough.

Wow. Is that the best you can do?

I don't see MJ's name on the "Supporters" page. In fact, I don't see him anywhere on their site.
I'm sure he dropped $100K so his name could be on the building.
He could open this up as a free museum if he wanted to. The POS is nearly a billionaire.

Jordan gives a donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Wilmington 2007

Slidell was already mentioned above, try to keep up.

Text from the Wilmington Arcticle:

"WILMINGTON -- "His Airness" was back at his childhood stomping grounds today.

Michael Jordan paid a visit to the Boys and Girls Club that he attended as a youngster, this time to open a brand new reading room dedicated by the charlotte bobcats.

The new room is part of the team's community relations education initiative aimed at literacy. This is the seventh such reading room dedicated by the Bobcats throughout North and South carolina.

"Hopefully we got another Michael Jordan somewhere in terms of their success, not Michael Jordan per se in terms of basketball but just in terms of his dreams and aspiring to be the best person he can be and this is a good start."

Jordan added that it's always good to see the city grow."

There is no mention of Jordan donating anything. Again, try to keep up.

You're a fekking idiot.

One, the ONLY * two * things you can find are: a) his own " institute" which as Lee already pointed was majority funded by the BULLS and was later shut down for graft (or theft) and b) a celebrity golf tournament.

Insofar as the TUGH, obviously I don't think he should EVER wear a State uniform unless it has stripes. Course then he'd be a prime candidate for that bunch of hoodlums you call a football team.

A bit more on the golf tournament and more on his role with the Make A Wish Foundation.
