Okay, well the THUGS that play for your team(s) can't win their either. How about you list the visiting teams' records at the Smith Center.
Thanks |

unc should have a winning record at home, if you cant win at home then you are in a really deep hole.

They have problems with fans at both basketball and football games.
They wont show up (or leave at halftime) They dont wear school colors (have to be told to do so) They make no noise during the games. They just shake those dumbass pom-poms and thundersticks. Just goes to show you that unc fans are pathetic. |

nc a&m v ECU in Charlotte nc a&m season tickets nc a&m v BYU see a pattern here? I'd give a little credit to a dookie bringing this up, but a mooU fan talking about bandwagon fans is like Kirstie Alley bitching about the fat in her Big Macs. |

1) Thanksgiving weekend, rain, playing for nothing. I think 40-50,000 is good enough. More than a typical home ACC game at unc. 2) NC State sold out this year in both football and basketball. And I will bet you $100 that the same happens next year. Wanna bet that unc does not sell out season tickets for football? NC State may have a low fan showing once in a while, but it is a tradition at unc. |

yeah, that's it. if the fans came to mooU games, they might be able to win a few with some home court advantage.
but, alas, you're a football school. This post has been edited by Airborneheel: Jan 27 2005, 10:37 PM |

Very hard to decipher your stats ABh, but I'll try.
You can throw out the Duke home attendance stats. They sell out and pack it in, period. Their stadium just happens to be small. One distinct advantage of having an on campus bball stadium is that they can pack it with kids in the cheap seats. Kids at NCSU have to drive off campus, that's a fact. It's not like they can meander out of their dorm and be at a game 15 minutes walking. Regardless, I think it's pretty good that NCSU has the 3rd highest home attendance average in the ACC. Ahead of WFU and GaTech. |

I'll decipher them for you: State averaged 13,433 at home in an arena that holds 19,700 for basketball - that's 68% of capacity. Pretty pathetic. |
