Seriously? He told the truth. The "battle" , as he termed it , still continues. Just because the NCAA didn't find it relevant ( I'd like a link on that , btw. Thanks. ) doesn't mean unx isn't still required to produce that info. I'll say it again. Davis can redact all the non-unx related calls he wants to but business calls , due to his position , are required by law to be made public. unx , and Butch , are ( just as they have from Day 1 ) stone-walling. IOW , no one will be "dropping" this anytime soon. Also...

By NCAA not finding it relevant I mean that was well-known very early in the investigation and they neglected to include it the report. So it was either irrelevant or they "forgot" about it...which I doubt. By "drop it" I don't mean for talking shet, I mean the NCAA isn't going to ever come back to it. There's no use holding out hope.

I mean it's standard for people to sign up for I.S. classes worth between 3-6 credits, yes. Obviously the aberrant classes aren't standard.
