I can't understand how a scrimmage to a HIGH SCHOOL could be legal under NCAA contact and recruiting rules. Hell under this criteria Eddie Biedenbach was just having a 'meet-n-greet' with DT! Maybe I could see it if it were at a neutral college (JCSU or something) and had no contact with potiential recruits but not at a HS with a meet-n-greet.
