This board is approximately six years old. I have 3,700 posts more than you. Which works out to about two a day.

However, I post on the weekends and at night which for the most part - you do not.

So who is really wasting their employers dollars?

Since /\ failed to add the standard " laugh.gif " a little explanation is in order.

No matter how much you pay in the form of taxes, the only civilian in the chain of command is the president. Soldiers are in no way, shape or form directly beholden to civilians. US Senator so-and-so can issue a " command " which PV1 Snuffy can promptly ignore.

Some indignant schmuck in the " private sector " (is that code-speak for fast food?) has even less sway.

It ain't got shit to do with issuing commands, gomer. Your salary is FUNDED and PAID FOR by the US taxpayer.

Now get back to work (that is if you even have any responsibilities).

The fact that you sit there all day doing nothing but posting on csux drawing your taxpayer funded salary is just more evidence of how much money is wasted in the govt/military. Obviously the money they're paying you would be better utilized elsewhere.

The US military wasting money sure isn't anything new though.

LOL. Do a quick analysis of the budget. Then look at how much goes to salaries. Then compare what you pay in taxes to the actual amount funding SMs.

Oh and go apologize to your employer for wasting HIS time and HIS money.
