I'm 100% certain there are greenskeepers, teachers, janitors, cafeteria employees, and other assundry employees associated with the University who are 100 times more deserving than lee fowler.

EPA means faculty or roles that are non-faculty teaching (they might teach a class once a year) or other mid to high level individuals that serve at the behest of the Chancellor.
If they don't have tenure or aren't in a tenure track position, EPAs can be hired or fired without the protection of the standard benefits accorded state employees (ie SPA employees).

If this was a serious statement, I'd like to hear the other abcers opinions on it. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they don't actually believe this.

Then again, these are the same people who think that lower graduation rates indicate a better school.

After the ACC tournament I saw a thread over there saying that the vast conspiracy to keep MooU down actually involved the coaches (Herb, and now Sid) tanking on purpose.

Hell, there are people over there who say that one of your AD's a few years back was planted in Raleigh by UNC with the sole purpose of sabotaging MooU.
