When May had those couple 20+ point games I believe I predicted that he wouldn't last the whoe season without missing some games with an injury this season.
Well in fact he didn't last the month!!!

Been out 3 games with a twisted ankle.

sean is a fatbody. He couldn't stay healthy in college, and I'm telling ya - if you can't stay on the court in the nba - with their trainers, masseuese, dieticians, personal-this, personal-that,

you are either not long for the league or you will be relegated to journeyman status.

This is why I always advocate a kid stay in college. Worried about the money? Take out some sort of Lloyds life insurance.

sean could always turn pro. But you have only one opportunity to be a college KID.

I'd love to see a link proving that Roy Williams paid his players.

Be careful what ya ask for...
QUOTE
Roy Williams violated NCAA rules when he was the basketball coach at Kansas, approving payments to players who had used up their eligibility, the school said Friday.

After conducting an internal review, the school said Williams -- preparing for his third season at national champion North Carolina -- approved payments to graduating players and other Jayhawk players who had exhausted their eligibility.

What part of "approving payments" are you unclear about?

The part where "approving payments" is equal to "paying players". That's what I'm having trouble understanding.

I think fatRolls was worried his post count was getting too high so he created moped to slow the count all the while still allowing him to post nonsense and prove what an idiot he is.

Roy never paid anyone. He referred each booster to the KU Compliance department. They then approved the graduattion gifts to players with no eligibility left.

But keep making up history you stupid fekkin' dorks.

That is stupid as fek, dread. Sean May left on the highest possible note, there was no way his draft stock could have been any higher....EVER. He couldn't stay healthy you say? We I'll be damned...he was healthy enough to finish out his junior season leading UNC to a National Championship while earning Final 4 MVP honors, healthy enough to string together I can't remember how many consecustive double-doubles, he was heathly enough to fekkin dominate da landlord repeatedly, etc....

you are the dimwit that didn't understand simple english.

roy referred them to the compliance office. laugh.gif laugh.gif

yeah and my dog ate my homework

funny no one at the compliance office came out to confirm this.

but why should roy have to refer them to start with? any idiot that has coached 2 years in the ncaa knows you can't give players cash or gifts.

So you are saying that roy who has served on all those ncaa ethics and rules groups doesn't know the answer to the simplest question about ncaa rules.
