With 12 L's they could have an outside chance. They'll lose in the ACC tourney so that would allow them 3 L's in their next 11 regular season games. Granted, this would be a monumental task considering what we've seen so far and their remaining schedule.
It's quite possible (hell, likely), that unc will lose their next 3 games (@VT, @MD, Duke). At this point I think they're about to pack it in...getting waxed almost every night and losing 5 of the last 7 has to disturb a teams confidence. |

They've got 2 straight road games (VT and Maryland) then back at home against Duke. Heck,the Blue Devil game looks to be the most winnable. They might,MIGHT!,salvage something outta this season if they can win 2 of the next 3. Not lookin' good though. BTW,I wonder what opinion Roy and the tarhole nation will have of the ACC Tourney if the holes have to win it to go dancing? |
