Who has disappointed more than him??

I know Washington and Arizona have definitely not lived up to expectations, but what single player has been more disappointing? Preseason POY candidate and he can't make layups, he whines and bitches constantly, and he can't handle the pressure of being the go-to guy. I bet dook fans are hoping he leaves.

I didn't see much of the game, but he definitely gets away with quite a bit (yes, so does Hansbrough).

I actually thought he would be good this year. Oh well.

joshee is soft. He came in soft and has only gotten softer in the face of added responsibility. He went on a little run for a game or two against some fairly weak post opposition but when he gets challenged, he definitely begins to look for the pass. This, incidently, is why Zoubek will never amount to anything but a clumsy screaming foul machine....because of the poor examples in front of him.

He is not going to get any better IMO. I don't think he wants to improve. His attitude strikes me as someone who thinks he has all the pieces already. I bet he is stubborn as shit in practice. He has not improved from last season. Unless he can develop into a PG with all those passing skills, he's done after dooke.

Tyler is in the same boat for different reasons. Tyler has the will and will not give up, but his size and innability(yes it has gotten better) to step outside is gonna hurt him. The fact that he can make free throws and run the floor will get him some PT against the trees though, and if he develops that 15-17 foot range over the next two seasons(yes I think he graduates) he could be a serviceable journeyman and carve out a good career. Joshee just does not have the heart of a winner or a team player. He has passion but it seems self-serving to me.

There are no two ways about it...he's absolutely horrid. The only reason he gets PT is because Zoubek is a ######ing woman.

Josh, watch out for that bus!!

I don't.I just wish he would unpack and put the NBA thing on the back burner. He's not ready but he has the skills to be a very good player. In some ways he already is.Good ball-handler/passer/decent rebounder/pretty athletic for a white boy.On the downside,he's got no mid-range shot to speak of and he's got some growing up to do.The "self-serving" comment is bs.He just turned 20...today.Sorry he ain't 35 years old like hansjob.Like I said,he's gotta mature. That's what teenagers do,no?

me too, at 35 his career will be looong over and we need a log-armed drive thru attendant at the local BBQ joint. The mirrors on my vehicle stick out pretty far and sometimes its tough to reach breakfast with that little short mexican bitch that is working there now.

That Tick Tock Juggernaut known as UNC. Pre season #1 in most polls and pre season #2 at worst and now you're hoping for a Sweet Sixteen

Pre season #1 in most polls

BULLSHIT.

The biggest question surrounding UNC was whether or not Roy could manage all the talent on one team. UNC was ranked #2 in the preseason because everyone figured he would. A few bumps in the road were expected, the last two losses were the only two that put us over the "young team" losses that we were expected to have. Expectations were obviously too high, and they "costed" us down the stretch laugh.gif

Josh, on the other hand, is showing no signs of being anything but average... and I'm not even concerned about him coming back next year. In fact, I HOPE he doesn't go pro.

What "costed" (I know what you're referring to just in case you think I didn't) you down the stretch is you're tanking. Final Four bound to "Gee wouldn't it be great if we cracked the Sweet Sixteen"? You didn't hear the Duke people bailing this quick last year. How many broken legs have come from the present "Bandwagon Bail"?

why would dooke fanz be bailing at this point last season?

damn you are dumb

The broken legs from bailing the bandwagon are, and I guarantee this, the same legs that are just now heeling from the sprained ankles, scraped knees and various abrasions acquired from climbing(crowding) on it just 3 months ago. I have seen more late 90's vintage UNC ball caps, that have obviously been dusted off just prior to exiting the house, this season than ever before. But am I supposed to abandon my team because of those morons????

I hate that part of the game but if you want to talk sports blue, the fans that are not present during the game are not part of it at all. Stay on topic and talk about your boy, joshee instead of wimping out and taking the path of least resistance by attacking a fairweather UNC fan. Gotdamnit, how common is that? Bullshit fans are everywhere you know. And they wear all shades of blue.

I am not bitter. I am a fan. We are at our losest point at a terrible time.

It does not mean that we are a bad team an now incapable of winning.

Obviously I don't take it as serious as you may. And that says a ton becaue I think I have some serious issues when it comes to college basketball.

Duke went into the ACC tourney on a two game losing streak. Nobody pointed fingers at K. Nobody said the other team "couldn't miss". Nobody bailed and nobody whined. Why? ACC regular season is just bullsh!t anyway. Just gives fans an opportunity to razz the other teams before the real ACC season starts.

I think Glen Davis and LSU are the biggest dissapointments by far. LSU was preseason top 10 and now might not make the NCAAs, and Glen Davis would have been a first rounder if he had left last year, and now probably wont get drafted.

You are an idiot...the REAL ACC season...a 4 day tournament?????

I asked "at this point" we are not entering the ACC tourney this weekend blue. There is still one more game to play. State shooting the lights out is not an excuse, its a fact. MD and GT out-muscling, out-rebounding and also shooting a high, not as high, but very high percentage is not an excuse, its also a fact.

But, to correct you yet again, there were plenty of whiners and bandwagon jumpers after Tyler dominated shelDONE for the 2nd straight game, JJ was shut down and ineffective against Ginyard, Miller and co. for the 2nd straight game, Tyler busted a 3 in Shel's face and the 97% depleted defending national champions waxed that dark bloo ass in derm on Senior night.

Plenty of whining was going on. Plenty of excuse making was going on when a team with two senior All Americans did not reach the final four...again.

Do not try to make your fanbase seem more informed, knowledgeable and BBall savvy. The only reason there are less dooke bball fan losers than there are UNC bball loser fans is because there are simply more Carolina fans. The % seems about the same to me. Your corp is only looking stronger this year because all the fat bitches that were in love with JJ the poet have all either grown up a little or bought a Magic jersey and forgotten all about the bloodevils.....lucky break for ya there.

1. THAT's who's crowned ACC CHAMPION

2. You could go 0-16 during regular season and win the tourney and get the AUTOMATIB BID to the NCAA. Yeah regular season is real important. Really meant alot to 0-16 didn't it?

did you just use the word garbage?

I can't believe I was even curious of your response. Truly garbage indeed.

and for the record they did not choke, they got beat. And, what happens on this landg=fill of a website is nnowhere close to the general consensus of what actually went on. You need to get out more.

Have a wuuusuckuuunderful weekend bluedooke
